This course was developed by Chelsea Blackbird, one of the founders of the School of Christian Health and Nutrition. As a part of the Christian Health Practitioner program, students become certified to teach this course. It follows along with God‘s order of creation, and how each of these days of creation corresponds to healthy habits that we can adopt for our own bodies. As you learned these, you will realize they are common sense, but they’re not always common knowledge. The goal of this course is to educate others about God‘s free gifts and how to utilize them to promote optimal health and healing.
